At the Friday, Art, Craft and Play club on 7th October, we had a visit from Home Farm at Nacton. Kevin came along with a ‘fairly clean’ tractor to talk about the work that farmers are involved in at this time of the year. He also brought along various produce to demonstrate the kind of things that are being harvested at the moment, Potato’s, Leeks, Cabbages, Beetroot etc.
Everyone had the chance to climb aboard and look around the tractor if they wanted. Thank you to Home Farm for giving us this lovely experience.
