Café Church is held on the first Sunday of each month, starting at 10.30 with free pastries and drinks on arrival. The tables in the church contain lots of activities for children and adults to take part in.
We always start the service with a song and then we celebrate anyone who is having a birthday in the coming month. After this it is over to the puppets as Grandad and James tell us their version of a different story each month. We then go into our prayer time which includes our rapping of the Lords prayer 🙂
Then it is back to the puppets who entertain us with a song, followed by the band playing a song with the children joining in on percussion with their instruments! A glorious sound to finish the service with!
We then move through to the hall where there are various craft activities, during the summer months the garden is open as well where there are plenty of outdoor toys and activities for all. We always finish with a meal which varies each month, Jacket potato, Pasta, Bar Be que etc
