We have a Facebook page where you can keep up-to-date with the latest news.
We are a small, friendly church with a traditional Sunday worship service at 11 a.m. on 2nd & 4th Sundays and Café Church on 1st Sundays. Dress is casual. We also have an online video sermon plus a printed service that is hosted on our circuit website, so head on over there to watch it. (A circuit is a group of geographically close Methodist churches, in our case Ipswich and surrounds). The sermon is posted on Sunday mornings at 6 a.m. but you can watch it at any time. There is also a 10-minute Bite Sized Church video service published on Wednesdays at 6 a.m.
We have a mothers and toddler group called Little Lambs that meets in term time on a Thursday morning at 9.15 a.m.
On Thursdays at 7 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. our Community Choir, called Gainsborough Community Choir, meets in the church or sometimes in the garden.
On Fridays from 8.45 to 10.30 a.m. we have Tea & Toast. Enjoy a free breakfast and a chance to chat and socialise. Babies and toddlers are welcome and we have a play area for them.
On Fridays at 4 p.m. we welcome local families and children to our Ipswich Methodist Crafts Club in the Church.
You can read more about them on our Ministries page.
We support several local charities including FIND (Families in Need) and offer meeting space to local community groups including Happy Tots Preschool.
