We held our first ever Tearfund Big Quiz Night on Saturday 19th November. Almost 60 people came along and as well as the quiz, we were entertained by Gainsborough Community Choir during the interval. The winners were Team Bob (Centre of the picture above!) and in second place were The Alan Roaders – so a clean sweep for Alan Road Methodist Church ! 3rd place was taken by The Little Lambs Oldies so some honour was restored to Landseer Road 🙂
A total of £286.60 was raised for Tearfund and an enjoyable night had by all.
